SHIPPING –

We ship PAN India via our trusted logistics partners like Bluedart, DHL etc. 

Most of  our products Ship with in 48 -72 hours of order confirmation.

Once shipped – you will receive a message from our us with your tracking number and regular updates on your parcels status.

Our delivery times to you vary between 7 – 10 working days in most cases.

We levy a flat charge of ₹150 for all order up to ₹5,000 across India.

If you have ordered multiple products – they would ship in separate boxes and at times it can take up to 48-72 hours for the complete order to reach you  from the time your first parcel arrives.

Please do note, Incorrect mobile numbers, pin codes and addresses can not be updated once goods have shipped and the product would be delayed in reaching you as they would first be returned to our warehouses and then re-shipped to you.

AW Gift Studio will always try its level best to get you your parcels before time – however unprecedented delays due to Govt restrictions , Rains , Floods and any beyond our control situations would require your patience while we work to get your goods to you.  

RETURNS -

Personalized / Customised products CANNOT be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

We urge you to ensure the sizing, specifications and personalization details of the product before finalizing your order.

In the rare event of a quality issue with your product – we would immediately reverse pick our defective product and replace it with a new one. This process can take up to 10 working days, your satisfaction is extremely important to us and we thank you in advance for your patience.

 EXCHANGES –

 Personalized products CAN NOT be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

 For NON Personalized Products –

We only offer store credits to shop in future on awgiftstudio.com

Once a payment has been made & product(s) are delivered. The customer can return the products back to us incase they are unhappy with the same. (Please note PERSONALISED products CANNOT be returned or exchanged)

We are happy to exchange the product for you or issue a credit note valid for 6 months.

We DO NOT issue cash refunds.
