At AW Gift Studio, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at +91 93213 99915 or use the contact form within 48-72 hours of receiving the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product, the cost of returning product will have to be borne by the client. We do not provide reverse pickup facility at the moment.
Once we receive the damaged or defective product, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference. We do not offer cash refunds for any products.
The general time duration for approved refunds will range from 5- 7 business days.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, you must return the original product and place a new order. The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with AW Gift Studio's Quality Assurance Team
Exceptions: The following products are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- personalized items
- final sale items, and
- items purchased from our clearance section.
